Commuter [kuh-myoo-ter], means:
(1) A person who commutes, especially between home and work. [Source: Dictionary.com]
(2) One that travels regularly from one place to another, as from suburb to city and back. [Source: Answers.com]
(3) A person who commutes (as between a suburb and a city). [Source: Merriam-Webster.com]
(4) A person who travels to work over an appreciable distance, usually from the suburbs to the centre of a city. [Source: Collins English Dictionary, 10th Edition]
From the explanation above, it can be concluded that 'commuter' are not limited to the usage of a boat / bus / car / train or plane as daily transport medium but a bicycle can also be used.
Be proud if you can use the bicycle as a daily transportation vehicle, a vehicle that does not pollute the environment and at the same time increase health to its user.
